I cannot behold the beauty inside
Containment of so much
in such a small amount of space
I cannot fathom how they have been created
A million thoughts of you race through my mind
Pictures of you dressed to the nines
are all I can wish to see beside me
One long slender arm
Neatly tucked in against your body
the other linked with my arm
The aroma of your perfume
sifting through the room
The joyous allure of your perfect smile
filling my mind with the happiness of the world
The kindness of your heart
emits the elegance of your spirit
Soaring above and beyond
you never cease to amaze
Your arms draped around my neck
and my arms wrapped around your waist
As we dance without a care in the world
Caught up in the passion of the moment
The astonishment and grace
of the person I've become
Bettered by your love and encouragement
Of course this is all just a dream
a fabrication in the conscious mind
If only there was a time
where being together was attainable
Your charm and finesse
constantly captivating my heart
